gained weight the past month, and now i’m getting back on track.
14 days till summer, meaning water fasting + pure food when necessary.

thanks love <3 I try to eat raw and unprocessed (vegan) as much as possible (it helps a ton) and vegetables are your best friends. What i do is usually buy veggies from trader joes and steam a whole bag of a certain kind and save it in the fridge. Whenever i have temptations or i feel like i’m going to binge i microwave some and put some fresh lemon on them. Fruit is also amazing when you need something sweet (and certain kinds are super filling apples are my favorite). I also drink 2+ liters of water a day and get at least some exercise in. Squats, leg lifts, arm weighs, crunches, running, or stair-master. I’ve been doing 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar morning & night and it seems to be helping with buring fat and detoxing :) best of luck xx
